Future Matters Foundation is guided by leadership committed to ethical governance, transparency, and expanding access to mental health care for underserved communities.

The organization was founded by Dr. Loredana Pampinella, PhD, LCMHCS, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor with extensive experience in counseling, clinical supervision, and workforce development.

Leadership oversees strategic planning, program quality, partnerships, financial stewardship, and responsible growth. Our governance model is focused on accountability, community impact, and long-term sustainability.

Future Matters Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 38-4105127).

We continue to strengthen board leadership and strategic partnerships to support our mission of expanding no-cost telehealth counseling while training future clinicians.

Our Governance

Future Matters Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors responsible for organizational oversight, strategic direction, fiduciary stewardship, and ensuring the Foundation remains aligned with its charitable mission.

The Board provides guidance on governance, financial accountability, community impact, and long-term sustainability while supporting ethical, accessible mental health services for underserved communities.

Day-to-day program operations are managed by qualified leadership with clinical oversight provided by licensed professionals.

Board of Directors

Dr. Loredana Pampinella President
Dr. Pampinella is the Founder and President of Future Matters Foundation. She holds a PhD and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS). She provides strategic leadership for the organization and oversees clinical quality, program development, partnerships, and mission growth. With extensive experience in behavioral health, clinical supervision, and counselor training, she is committed to expanding access to mental health care while developing the next generation of ethical and competent clinicians.
Melanie M. DalPoggetto Vice-President
Melanie DalPoggetto supports board governance, strategic planning, and organizational development. She contributes leadership in advancing the Foundation’s mission and strengthening community engagement.
Natalie N. Gonzalez Treasurer / Secretary
Natalie Gonzalez oversees board recordkeeping, governance documentation, and financial accountability processes. She supports responsible stewardship and organizational compliance.

Clinical Leadership

Clinical services are supervised by licensed professionals to ensure ethical care, quality assurance, and appropriate training standards for graduate counseling interns.

LCMHCS supervisory leadership capacity to oversee program quality, intern development, and service delivery.
