Leadership & Board

Future Matters Foundation is guided by leadership committed to ethical governance, transparency, and expanding access to mental health care for underserved communities.

The organization was founded by Dr. Pampinella, PhD, LCMHCS, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor with extensive experience in counseling, clinical supervision, and workforce development.

Leadership oversees strategic planning, program quality, partnerships, financial stewardship, and responsible growth. Our governance model is focused on accountability, community impact, and long-term sustainability.

Future Matters Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization EIN: 38-4105127.

We continue to strengthen board leadership and strategic partnerships to support our mission of expanding no-cost telehealth counseling while training future clinicians.

Clinical Leadership & Workforce Development Model

Future Matters Foundation combines licensed clinical oversight with supervised graduate internship training to expand access to quality mental health care. All clinical services are overseen by licensed professionals to ensure ethical care, quality assurance, and appropriate training standards. Our LCMHCS supervisory leadership provides oversight of program quality, intern development, and service delivery. Through partnerships with accredited academic programs, graduate counseling students complete required practicum and internship hours in structured supervised placements for academic credit and clinical experience. Student interns do not serve as employees; they participate in workforce development training that strengthens the future behavioral health pipeline while helping meet current community mental health needs.
