Future Matters Foundation provides pro bono telehealth counseling to help individuals and families access mental health care without the common barriers of cost, transportation, or scheduling challenges. Our secure virtual platform allows clients to receive support from the comfort and privacy of their own environment while maintaining clinical quality and professionalism.

Services focus on emotional wellness, stress management, and trauma-informed support. Supervised Clinical Services

Counseling sessions are provided by graduate-level counseling interns who are carefully selected and supported through structured supervision by experienced licensed clinicians. How do I know if I qualify for pro bono counseling?
Eligibility is based on program availability and individual needs. You can submit an inquiry through our website to learn more about current openings.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
All services are provided through secure telehealth platforms to increase accessibility and flexibility.
Who will be my counselor?
You will work with a graduate counseling intern who receives ongoing supervision from a licensed clinician to ensure ethical, high-quality care.
Do you accept insurance?
No. As a nonprofit program, services are provided on a pro bono basis rather than billing insurance.
What types of concerns can you help with?
We support individuals experiencing stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, and trauma-related concerns within the scope of outpatient telehealth counseling.
